    Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) is seeking qualified licensed P.E. or S.E. candidates for full time or part time work. This position will support seismic retrofit design and seismic risk evaluation for real estate transactions. The applicant should have a strong working knowledge of seismic performance of various types of existing buildings and building systems.

    At a minimum the candidate should have at least 5-years’ experience with seismic design and at least 10 years’ experience with general structural engineering practice.

    Special consideration will be given to applicants with:

    • Technical report writing aptitude.
    • Knowledge of ASTM approved damage loss models such as HAZUS, FEMA P58, STRisk™, SeismiCat, Thiel & Zsutty, ATC-13.
    • Familiarity with ASCE-41
    • Experience with computer modeling such as ETABS, PERFORM
    • Availability to travel, communicate effectively and the ability to collaborate with remote team members.

    Pay is market competitive and commensurate with experience and productivity.
