Jessica has been a member of SEAOSC since starting her career in Los Angeles after finishing her master degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is active in the structural engineering community both on the local and national level, serving as the current co-chair for SEAOSC's Younger Members Committee, and was selected by ASCE as one of nation's New Faces of Civil Engineering in 2018. Her project experiences include complex steel and concrete structural design, seismic building assessment and retrofit, and large-scale infrastructure project management. Jessica is a licensed Civil and Structural Engineer in the state of California, and certified Disaster Service Worker for the State of California Safety Assessment Program.
