Join AISC and the Structural Engineers Association of Southern California on September 17 for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at BAPKO Metals' fabrication facilities in Orange, Calif.

You won't want to miss this valuable opportunity to learn about the vibrant U.S. steel industry, from domestic manufacturing and fabrication through arrival on your project site. The facility tour will be followed by an AISC SteelDays celebration at BAPKO's corporate office.

During SteelDays, AEC professionals, students, and educators across the US participate in opportunities to connect with their community and learn about the steel fabrication process. This is your opportunity to network with colleagues and ask your burning steel questions over snacks and refreshments. No matter your level of engineering experience, you will be sure to learn something new before you leave!

Please refer to the itinerary below for the event schedule. Parking is readily available at no cost at Bapko's main office location. Transportation will be provided to and from the fabrication shop tour address, so please arrive on time!

Event Itinerary

5:00 p.m: Attendees arrive at BAPKO Metal main office. Short introduction from BAPKO Metal over food and drinks.

5:20 p.m: Bus leaves for approx. 5-minute drive to fabrication facilities

5:30 p.m: Guided shop tour

6:00 p.m: Bus returns to BAPKO Metal main office

6:10 p.m: Announcements from AISC and Nucor

6:20 p.m: Networking over food and drinks

7:00 p.m: Event ends
