Meet the Speakers:


  • Gabriela Pascualy: Gabriela is a Senior Design Engineer at Structural Focus and leads the firm's sustainability efforts and commitment to SE 2050. She has worked on studio facilities, historic structures, hotels, and community projects, encouraging sustainable design choices through all phases of the projects.

  • Casey Castor: Casey Castor is the Director of Sustainability at Practice, where he has spent nearly a decade advancing sustainable design in projects across the greater Los Angeles area. With expertise spanning K-12 schools, civic projects, and affordable housing, he integrates building science analysis into every phase of project development.

  • Garrett Mills: Garrett Mills is Principal and CFO at T&S Structural and oversees the majority of the firm's work in Southern California. He currently serves as Past President of SEAOSC. Garrett received his B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering at Cal Poly, SLO, graduating with a minors in Spanish and Ethnic Studies. While managing operations in Southern California, Garrett completed his M.S. in Structural Engineering at UCLA. Garrett has a strong commitment to service and has performed reconnaissance and design work in the developing world.
