Are you passionate about structural engineering and ready to lead innovative projects in a dynamic environment? Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies division is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support our cutting-edge work with Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) systems in the civil and structural market space.

What you’ll do:

·        Interact with customers, engineers, and contractors to support project development

·        Assess the feasibility, constructability, and technical requirements of FRP applications

·        Collaborate with Engineers of Record, Business Development, and Certified Applicators

·        Lead site visits and coordinate project activities across various stages

·        Support research, technical writing, and industry committee participation

·        Prepare estimates, RFIs, and support technical R&D activities

What makes you a great fit:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)

·        5-10 years of experience, with leadership experience a plus

·        Professional Engineering (PE) License in multiple states a plus

·        Strong project management, problem-solving, and technical skills in FRP systems

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks and complex engineering challenges

·        Excellent communication skills for technical presentations and customer interactions
